V tem kraljevem popoldnevu bomo z Jeleno Soro bomo raziskovali, načine kako razširiti našo zavest skozi lasten glasbeni inštrument .. naš glas.
Delavnica je za tiste:
- ki bi radi odprli glas in sprostili omejevalne tenzije
- ki bi se radi bolj zavedali svojega telesa in glasa
- ki pojejo ali bi radi peli, igrajo na pihala ali uporabljajo glas v svoji profesiji.

Različne kulture in tradicije so skozi zgodovino uporabljale glasbo kot način komuniciranja z različnimi stanji zavesti kot z duhovi v drugih realnosti. Definirali, in odkrivali so nezavedne dele osebnosti in celo astralni svet.
Glasba je imela pomembno vlogo za vpliv na zavest tudi že v grškem gledališču, kjer je občinstvu služila za katarzo oziroma čustveno čiščenje. Pomagala je premostiti in sprostiti nekatere nezavedne misli in vzpostavilo se je ponovno čustveno ravnovesje.
Po kvantni fiziki pa predvajanje glasbe spremeni našo zavest in možgansko kemijo. Zakaj je to pomembno? Način delovanja naših možganov vpliva na naše delovanje in razmišljanje, in posledično lahko naše misli vplivajo na fizično realnost okoli nas.
In pevec postane petje. Popolna pretočnost.
Glasba deluje kot odprt most med našim zavestnim in nezavednim jazom. Ko smo zavestni in prisotni v glasbi, se lahko dotaknemo področja nezavednega in usmerimo svetlobo v to neznano področje našega bitja. Zato pri petju lažje opazimo svoje »napake«, ko se soočamo z zunanjimi vplivi ali notranjimi blokadami uma.
Eden od globokih užitkov glasbenikov je tudi skupna improvizacija, ki vpliva na različne predele naših možganov in sinhronizira možganske valove med ljudmi, ki skupaj igrajo. Tako je vsak jam lahko šamanski ritual. Sinhronizacija je vedno tukaj in zdaj, z glasbo pa življenje postane še bogtejše navznotraj in navzven.
Namen delavnice je odkriti kje v grlu ali sinusih je prostor neodziven. Brez posebene analize se ustavimo in prečistimo naš inštrument, frekvenca je vzpostavljena in mi lahko našim glasom letimo naprej ter osrečimo sebe in okolico !
Vabljeni na 3 urno delavnico v Rožni dolini 8.9.2024 ob 18:00 -21:00.

In this realm with Jelena Soro we will explore how to expand our consciouses through our own musical instrument .. our voice.

SUNDAY EVENING WORKSHOP
Jelena Soro
At the workshop, we will acquire practical exercises for releasing tensions related to the vocal apparatus followed by meditation and conscious exercises. We will open our voice and connect as a group.
The workshop is for those:
- who would like to open their voice and release restrictive tensions
- who would like to be more aware of their body and voice
- who sing or would like to sing, play wind instruments or use the voice in their profession.

Jelena Soro is etno alchemist, singer, oboist, composer and music teacher. She breaths music in and out and sees it as journey, tool and goal. Her most creative spaces are improvisation and traditional music, which she perceives as a precious volt of symbolically woven knowledge that has direct access to collective patterns and archetypes.
Jelena got her undergraduate degrees at the Music Academy of Ljubljana as an Academic Oboist and Professor of Oboe and her Master’s degree in Contemporary Performance with Production Concentration at Berklee College of Music in Valencia on the topic Music and Consciousness.

The word consciousness comes from the Latin word conscius (con – together, scio – to know), which roughly translates as combined, common knowledge.
Various cultures and traditions throughout history have used music as a way to communicate with various states of consciousness, such as with spirits in other realities. They defined and discovered the unconscious parts of the personality and even the astral world.
Music played an important role in influencing consciousness even in the Greek theater, where it served the audience as catharsis or emotional cleansing. It helped to bridge and release some unconscious thoughts and emotional balance was restored.
According to quantum physics, however, playing music changes our consciousness and brain chemistry. Why is this important? The way our brain works affects how we act and think, and as a result, our thoughts can affect the physical reality around us.
And the singer becomes singing. Perfect fluidity.
Quantum physics also discovered that the observed wave begins to happen automatically, effortlessly and very importantly...consciousness becomes a game. Only by observing these blocking sensations in the body can we decipher them, adjust them and fly away. Consciousness spreads its wings and soars. Everything happens in the most beautiful realm.. the divine transition to our own voice... how much more beautiful can it be!
One of the deep pleasures of musicians is also joint improvisation, which affects different areas of our brain and synchronizes the brain waves between people playing together. Thus, any cave can be a shamanic ritual. Synchronization is always here and now, and with music, life becomes even richer inside and out.
The purpose of the workshop is to discover where in the throat or sinuses the space is unresponsive. Without a special analysis, we stop and clean our instrument, the frequency is established and we can fly forward with our voice and make ourselves and those around us happy!
